Who Am I & Why I Chose This Path

Why did I become a psychotherapist?

I’ve always been drawn to the quieter, unspoken parts of people’s lives, the places where we carry pain, longing, and questions about who we are and what we need.

What personal or professional experiences shaped my path?

Growing up, I noticed how much people hurt in silence, and how few spaces felt truly safe to speak. My journey into psychotherapy began with a deep belief: that change begins when someone truly listens, not to fix you, but to understand you.

What do I believe about healing, growth, or the therapeutic relationship?

Over time, I’ve worked with individuals, couples, and professionals navigating life transitions, emotional pain, identity questions, and the need to feel seen. My approach is grounded in warmth, curiosity, and the belief that each person carries resources they’ve often forgotten.

Whether you are here to heal, grow, or rebuild your relationship with yourself or others, this is a place for you to begin.
